Order Processing

All orders placed before 5 pm EST will be processed the same day. All orders placed after 5 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. We currently only ship domestically to the US. International shipping coming soon.

Original Art and Sculptures

Original Art and Sculptures are shipped directly from our artists wrapped in acid-free glassine paper and protected with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Orders for original art and sculptures are typically fulfilled 2-3 days from receipt of the order via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with receipt confirmation required. 

Alternatively, contact our support@unidosart.com email for the option to pick up artwork from the artist.

Giclée Prints

All giclée prints are printed to order and fulfilled via drop ship from our print shop partners. Prints are typically fulfilled in 7-10 business days. 

All orders receive tracking information at the time of fulfillment.

Free Shipping

Earn free shipping discounts through the Seeds of Change loyalty program. See our FAQ page for more details. Free shipping is not eligible for original artwork.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are assessed based on the condition of returned products. Returns approved and sent within 5 days of receipt are eligible for a refund of up to 100%. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of the receipt of sales items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount if it is determined that the artwork has been damaged by the Buyer or through return shipment due to insufficient packaging.
