Refunds are assessed based on the condition of returned products. Returns approved and sent within 5 days of receipt are eligible for a refund of up to 100%. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of the receipt of sales items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount if it is determined that the artwork has been damaged by the Buyer or through return shipment due to insufficient packaging.

All orders placed before 5 pm EST will be processed the same day. All orders placed after 5 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. We currently only ship domestically to the US. International shipping coming soon.

Original Art and Sculptures

Original Art and Sculptures are shipped directly from our artists wrapped in acid-free glassine paper and protected with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Orders for original art and sculptures are typically fulfilled 2-3 days from receipt of the order via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with receipt confirmation required. 

Alternatively, contact our support@unidosart.com email for the option to pick up artwork from the artist.

Giclée Prints

All giclée prints are printed to order and fulfilled via drop ship from our print shop partners. Prints are typically fulfilled in 7-10 business days. 

All orders receive tracking information at the time of fulfillment.

Yes we offer multiple opportunities to earn free shipping including through the Seeds of Change loyalty program.

We offer storewide discounts during sales periods. These sales will be announced via our newsletter or in the red announcements bar at the top of our website. Please note that original artwork never go on sale but are eligible for discounts from our Seeds of Change loyalty program.

Seeds of Change Loyalty Program

Every purchase and select activities on the Unidos Art website earn seeds (points) towards cash and percent discounts. We provide a set of actions you can take prior to your first purchase to get your seed bank started:

• Enter your birthday for 50 seeds
• Subscribe to our newsletter for 50 seeds

After signing up, every dollar spent on Unidos Art earns 5 seeds toward rewards. Seeds can be redeemed for any of the following rewards applicable to any product in the Unidos Art shop, however we recommend spending dollar discounts on prints and percent discounts on original paintings to maximize potential savings. Our current rewards are as follows:

Referral Program

Refer a friend to earn dollar discounts for the pair of you. When a profile is created at UnidosArt.com, users are automatically enrolled in the Seeds of Change loyalty program. Once their account is active, users are granted a unique referral link and can complete the following steps to submit a referral:

1. Share the referral link with their network.
2. If a potential customer in their network uses the referral link to create a profile at UnidosArt.com, that customer is automatically granted a $5 discount to be applied on a future order.
3. If the customer then finalizes a purchase on that same account, the user who originally shared the referral link will receive a $10 discount to be applied to a future order.
